We process ready-to-install assemblies and high-precision bent or stamped edging parts with eight CNC edge presses with a pressing force of up to 400 tons.
From single edging parts to series production, complicated shapes, tight radii, and short shank lengths – our TRUMPF bending machines provide reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality processing for your sheet metal of various thicknesses and edge lengths up to 4000 mm. The “Manipulator” can be used to lift, rotate, and swivel heavy parts weighing up to 200 kg.
To execute special design requests and to manufacture metal housings, coverings, and machine enclosures we also offer swivel bending and roll bending. This process provides even more flexibility for producing your edging parts without indentation marks. With roll bending we can also manufacture tubes and produce large radii and funnel shapes.
