2D laser cutting and laser stamping

for standard contours and complex outlines

We recommend 2D laser cutting for complex outlines and standard contours. In our cutting center, four laser cutting systems process metal sheets up to 20 mm thick in a highly dynamic 2D laser cutting process. We can machine special formats up to a maximum working area of 4000 mm x 2000 mm. For the most part, the systems are automatically provided with material by Liftmasters and a connection to high-bay storage.

For complex sheet metal processing, we use two high-performance, combined laser stamp machines. A punching head is used to create standard contours and threads and to perform re-shaping work. Laser cutting is used for intricate internal and

external contours with smooth edges that are free of burrs. The high degree of automation shortens the throughput time for stamped parts while maintaining consistently high quality.
